Ingredients:

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (1-2g) Daily Matcha powder
  • 30ml hot water (60-80°C)
  • 150ml banana flavoured milk
  • Sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup)
  • Ice (optional)

Method:

  1. Sift Daily Matcha powder into a bowl.
  2. Add 30ml hot water and sweetener to the matcha.
  3. Whisk with an electric whisk or bamboo whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved and a layer of foam forms.
  4. Pour ice and banana milk into a glass, add the matcha mixture on top, and stir gently.
