USA & Canada Customers

Express Delivery US$19.90. 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS*

* Please allow an additional 2 days for rural addresses and holiday periods.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Daily Matcha. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only, and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details. 

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address entered at checkout on our website is the correct address. Daily Matcha is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete.

Please ensure someone will be available to receive your order or collect it if the parcel is not deliverable. Daily Matcha cannot re-send your order outside NZ if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.

Please contact NZ Post or DHL directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched; only contact Daily Matcha Customer Care if your order has been deemed lost by NZ Post or DHL or if you have received faulty or damaged products.

Processing time

Orders are shipped from our Auckland warehouse. We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders within two business days, excluding unforeseen delays or during busy periods. Please note that estimated shipping times do not include our processing time. 

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected timeframe, as estimated shipping times are used as a guide only. Daily Matcha can also not be held responsible for any delays or missing, lost or stolen packages sent by courier providers.
